MARKETING

Creation of a marketing strategy that captures the voice and energy of the artist. The implementation of marketing tactics to support a plan which delivers meaningful content to fans developing a long term relationship and ultimately grows the artist’s audience. This is primarily achieved through the management and creation of content for social media and online assets.

BRANDING

Establishing identity and the core foundational ethos of an artist, and the delivery of such values and aesthetics through touch-points with their audience - such as: artists logo, photos, videos, live shows, interviews, websites, or merchandise designs etc. We also assist with Branded content delivery and sponsorship opportunities. 

OPERATIONAL

Strategy

Setting up operating budgets and a plan to prepare our artists to capture revenue, distribute the music. As we build and develop the team for an artist, we get involved in pitching to labels and other outside PR, Booking & Licensing agencies. Additionally, in the case of independent release, we guide artists through the proper process of copyrighting, PRO registration and tracking of sales  online and at live shows. 

PERFORMANCE 

Planning

This involves the planning and execution of live performances, band management, repertoire, tour management, logistics and rehearsal planning. We help our artists organize live show promotion, show advances and maintain all data for various online event platforms.
